There is nothing Susan Harmsworth doesn't know about the spa industry. From the age of 25 she has owned, managed and run spas around the world, and was one of the first to launch holistic spa treatments as we know them today. She originally worked as a journalist on Nova and Vogue in London before moving to NewYork and Toronto. At the age of 48 she launched her own day spas and now runs ESPA with her two sons, Michael and Charlie.
